and the capacity to have fun in life. It is a general indicator of one's overall emotional
intelligence and emotional functioning. Those with a low level of happiness are generally depressed, with
tendencies to worry, experiencing social anxiety and an overall dissatisfaction with life.

Purpose: To become aware of how our bodies reflect, through expansion or contraction, the
positive or negative energy created by experiences. To use this awareness as a compass to
make decisions that will increase our happiness.
